Today the Senior Island campers of Wapomeo challenged the boys at Ahmek to a race in the War Canoes. For the entire first section of the race, the Wap boat lead with confidence. With the sun beams bouncing off their paddles, the girls were perfectly in time. Towards the end of the race, Ahmek pulled ahead in their orange canoe winning the race.
